The receptionist Delia was sooo nice and helpful with a big smile always. Our 2 years old enjoyed the heated pool and mini disco a lot, it’s a perfect hotel for families with children

Large room, great view and good faclities

Great view in a large room. Food was very good and an excellent variety of food options on the menu. Great facilities including indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. Entertainment was also good.

There was building work around the hotel that did spoil the daytime silence that was sought when we booked the room, but maybe to be expected in January

Nice room and view, cleanliness, tasty food, friendly and professional staff.

The pool was quite small and usually crowded. The second room in the suite has no real window (just to the corridor).

Upgraded to a large seaview room. Comfortable beds. Tea/coffee making facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice lounge area with entertainment. Food was delicious and lots of choice. Free access to SPA with towels

Great value for the money if you get a sea view apartment

food selection was excellent. Despite some hiccups (overripe fruit, not-tasty smoothie, watery juices...), we really liked the meals. Wonderful view Optimal location

Mattress extremely soft. My whole bottom part would just sink in, and I could not sleep well as a consequence. The in-house pool is useless (too small & shallow)

Everything was amazing, clean and big rooms, friendly staff. Breakfasts and dinners were various and just delicious. We were in December and hotel prepared special dinner on Christmas eve with various meat and seafood dishes. Stable wifi, a lot of entertainments for kids and parents.

Wonderful

The hotel provides a satisfactory breakfast, a clean room and hotel environment, large swimming pools, a comfortable bed, and a pleasant view.

On the first day, we had an unpleasant situation with other guests at the outdoor swimming pool. We saw a naked man. I would totally understand if this were an adults-only hotel, but it is not, and there were kids in the swimming pool! We asked a staff member who was responsible for safety at the swimming pool for help, but she did not bother herself because she said it was fine with her if it was no longer than a minute. And she told us she don't mind naked people and in my opinion she is a worker and we shouldnt mind if she like a naked mens between the kids if we are costumer she should take the responsibility

A warm and hospitable hotel boasting excellent amenities and friendly staff

In April, we had the pleasure of visiting the site and were delighted by the amenities the hotel offers. With both indoor and outdoor swimming pools available for both kids and adults, guests can enjoy aquatic fun regardless of the weather, which can be variable even in Majorca. The availability of an indoor pool during windy conditions was a definite plus. Additionally, we appreciated having access to two saunas at no extra cost. Furthermore, the friendly staff, wide selection of delicious food, and cleanliness of the rooms were all wonderful bonuses.

We were disappointed to discover that children could leave the kids' club unsupervised at any time. This meant one of us had to stay nearby to ensure our child could find us. It seemed unusual, as typically you can leave your child in the club with a provided phone number for them to contact you if needed, allowing you to enjoy some time outside or on the beach. Additionally, we found it inconvenient that the mini disco for children only lasted 30 minutes. Extending it to an hour would have been more preferable.

Very Good

Location, staff, room and best was views from room . The room was comfortable and staff was very nice.

Vegetarian options in food were very less. There was no option for drinking water in the room unless you buy outside.
